KAYFABE THEATER: Ric Flair says, “I don’t do NO JOBS in front of 70,000 people.”


April 19, 1986 – Heading into the Crockett Cup to defend the NWA World Heavyweight title, Ric Flair declares that he’s leaving the studio and heading directly to New Orleans.

He tells Dusty Rhodes, at the New Orleans Superdome that he doesn’t do “jobs in front of 70,000 people’.
