Two-time World Heavyweight Champion ‘The Golden Greek’ Jim Londos, a star of wrestling’s golden era, dies at the age of 78.

Londos was one of the most popular stars on the professional wrestling circuit in the 1930s and 1940s, before eventually stepping away from the ring in 1946. He was elected to the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2002, and the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018.
