Tim Storm discusses how far the NWA has come in such a short time, his experience at All In, and what is yet to come for the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.

There were several familiar faces present at All In on September 1st during the NWA Worlds Championship match at the Sears Centre in Chicago, IL. Then-champion Nick Aldis and challenger Cody Rhodes each had several cornermen accompany them for the big event. One was a former champion who helped bring them to this point.
When Tim Storm defeated Jax Dane for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship on October 21, 2016, it barely registered a blip on the radar. One year later, things would be very different as Billy Corgan would own the National Wrestling Alliance name and trademarks. Corgan and Dave Lagana began the “Ten Pounds of Gold” series featuring Storm as the reigning champion. What followed is a series that catapulted the NWA back to prominence and led to one of the most memorable moments this year when Cody Rhodes won that championship.
Ryan K Boman, Editor In Chief of The Gorilla Position, recently caught up with Tim Storm mere days after the history-making event in Chicago. Storm was gracious enough to take a few moments to talk about how far the NWA has come in such a short time, his experience at All In, and what is yet to come for the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.
