TODAY IN PRO WRESTLING HISTORY… OCT. 2nd: Tommy Dreamer’s ECW Debut

DATELINE: OCT. 2, 1993 – VIKING HALL – RADNOR, PA


At NWA Bloodfeast, Tommy Dreamer makes his debut with Eastern Championship Wrestling, right before the the organization made the name change to Extreme Championship Wrestling.

Dreamer would lose his match to The Tasmaniac, who would later be known with wider acclaim as Taz (and/or Tazz).

Dreamer himself would go on to a career that became synonymous with the letters, E-C-W, as well as become a vital member of the company both on and off screen until its demise in 2001.
